I don't enjoy cooking, never have. I decided to spend a day at Winston House and when Carolyn Denny suggested a few easy but useful recipies I thought, 'well never say never until you've tried it'. I am so glad I did because she was right; it wasn't just easy but fun. Whatever you're into - bread making, Thai food, vegetarian or fine cuisine - she has the answer and expands your mind to thinking of things slightly differently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
